To do this, they pay attention to the demands of others while ignoring their own. They are detail-oriented, reasonable, and utilize past experiences to influence their future actions. 5. ISTJ Enneagram type 5

8. ISTJ Enneagram type 8

People with the ISTJ Enneagram type 8 are more assertive and confrontational than other ISTJ Enneagram types, and they are more likely to be straightforward when others are not carrying their weight in common areas.
